Gunners Challenge Golf Day 2013
On Thursday 31 October 2013 The players assembled at the Georges River Golf Club to compete for the RAA Association Golf Challenge Shield, or the Condon Associates Trophy for the non-militarily teams. The RAA Association Shield was competed for by all Defence personnel, as well as Defence member organisations. A key purpose of the event is to raise funds for Legacy NSW to help meet the demand for support fom the families of those who have served. This year $1,000 was raised. Major sponsors for the event this year were Ricoh Australia and Condon Associates Group. Thanks go to all the players and supporters who contributed to the donation. As well thanks go to Lyn Dong, Charyn Bello and Jason Greasby for organising and running the day.
