Anzac Day 2015

Sydney March & Gunner Reunion

The respite from the rain was very appropriate for this year's March, on the Centenary of the Anzac landing at Gallipoli. There were large crowds applauding along the full length of the March, many having stayed on after attending the record turnout at the Dawn Service in Martin Place. (Photos by Vic Rae)

His Excellency, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret'd), Governor of NSW, led the parade down George Street, accompanied by his three service ADCs.

Air Force Cadets carried Australian Flags at the head of the March.

Army Cadets, carried the Banners of WW1 formations and units, including artillery.

Memorial horses commemorated the passing of the last veterans from the Boer War and WW1.
