Anzac Day 2011

Sydney March & Gunner Reunion

The 2011 Sydney marchers endured scattered showers but their spirits remained undampened. The march was led by the RSL taxis, NSW Mounted Police and the NSW Governor, accompanied by the UNSWR and Army Reserve combined band. They were followed by 2nd AIF units, which marched by formations, led by the gunners of Corps Troops, followed by the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th divisional groupings. A splendid turnout of Post-WW2 gunners were led by the President of the RAA Association (NSW), LTCOL Schon Condon RFD KSJ. (Photos by Vic Rae)

The WW1 Formation Flags representing the five divisions of the 1st AIF were carried by cadets.
