Branches
 

Currently there are four branches of the association. One is a regional grouping, the others are unit based groupings.

Newcastle Branch

The Newcastle Branch brings together the gunners of the Hunter region and has close ties with 113 Fd Bty, 7 Fd Regt.

12 Field Regiment ( Vietnam) Association Branch

This branch is a national organisation based in NSW. It became a branch of the association in 2006.

23 Field Regiment Association Branch

This long standing association of past members of 23 Fd Regt became a branch of the association in April 2008.

The branch maintains its own website.

 

 

9HAA/9LAA Regiments Association Branch

This long standing association of past members of 9 Heavy & 9 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiments, became a branch of the association in late 2009.

18 LAA Regiment Association Branch

In 2010, 18 LAA Regiment Association became a branch of the association.

Coast Artillery Association Branch

Coast artillery was the first artillery deployed in NSW when marines brought ashore ship's cannon to defend the first settlement from attach by sea. Coastal forts were established in each state and territory and today many have been preserved and become museums of local history as technology has made them redundant since the mid-1960s.
